Are you selling niche/designer fragrances?

Our fragrances are all original and pay homage to other fragrance houses. We source ingredients worldwide to create new inspired scents you’ll love! We’re not associated with designer brands or their manufacturers and comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.

Orders and Shipping

How do I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind on your order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Please ensure to include your order number.

How long does shipping take?

We expect most orders to be processed within 2 – 4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is processed.
Domestic shipping: Our standard shipping ranges anywhere from 3 – 10 business days.

Why was my order cancelled?

Although this rarely takes place, occasionally orders will be canceled under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place that protect our customers, and if flags are raised an order cancellation may be necessary. If this occurs, we will email you immediately with an explanation.  

Returns and Exchanges

What if my product arrived damaged?

All of our products are packaged with care and we take all the precautions needed to ensure you receive your product as safely and quickly as possible. However, on rare occlusion, breakage can happen while in transit. If this happens, please contact us at  [email protected] with the following:

– Photos of packaging and product
– Quantity of products broken
– Your order number

Once we receive your email with the above information, we will send you a replacement package ASAP.
